HI You - I'm Ella Parlor, and I wanted to deviate from my usual interviews to do a mini-sode podcast.   I am thrilled to announce the launch of my newest venture: EP Consulting. This is more than just a business; it's the culmination of my life's work and passion. 


Let me tell you a bit about where I come from, which shapes why and how I do what I do. My mother, a brave, valiant Latina who was born in Mexico, and my father, is a heroic bad ass who served in the US marine Corps AND as a police officer my entire childhood. 


Both of my parents worked tirelessly to provide a good life for my brother and me. 

They instilled the values of hard work, the importance of serving others, and the belief that when God blesses us, it is so we can continue to bless others.


And so, I’ve always embraced a  relentless ‘hustle hard' mentality. From my early days of balancing a full-time job at Red Bull while pursuing my college education to navigating the complexities of corporate America. My experiences range from scaling start-up brands to driving sales initiatives for Fortune 500 companies. 


I've encountered the multifaceted challenges of being an effective leader - from building new products and launching innovations to leading hundreds of employees and agencies on marketing campaigns to figuring out the ins and outs of company mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring. 

I’ve also had to make tough personnel decisions - like hiring, firing, layoffs for the greater good of organizations. 


The teams and campaigns I’ve spearheaded have yielded billionS - yes Billions- of dollars. 


I know the challenges and triumphs of climbing new heights, the nuances of being a leader, and the importance of being innovative in a constantly evolving market.


I also understand the value of our work goes FAR beyond mere financial gain. 


Being happy and fulfilled with our work makes us better friends, better lovers, better parents, better citizens, BETTER people. 


I've always been fiercely passionate about uplifting and empowering my teams. And now, I wanna take that passion into something even more meaningful: helping individuals like you to thrive, not just in your career or business but in life as well. 


My goal with EP Consulting is to boost your confidence and provide guidance in shaping a career or business that’s not just successful, but deeply rewarding.
